One Community Health has released its 2025 Annual Report, highlighting a year of growth, impact, and continued commitment to accessible healthcare across the Columbia River Gorge. In 2025, we provided more than 85,000 patient appointments, cared for nearly 30,000 people, expanded services with a new pharmacy in The Dalles, and brought our Salud diabetes support program to Washington.
The report also shares who we serve, including families, agricultural workers, veterans, students, and patients of all ages throughout the region.
